Product Introduction

The PFL series vertical compound crusher is a new fine-crushing and coarse-grinding product developed by our company through optimized design, integrating advanced technologies from similar crushers in the industry. It features a simple structure, large crushing ratio, low energy consumption, stable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance.

Scope of Application

Primarily used for crushing raw and clinker materials in cement plants, it provides an ideal fine-crushing solution for technological upgrades or the construction of new cement production lines. It is also suitable for breaking medium-to-soft iron ores, limestone, gypsum, blast-furnace slag, lump coal, and other similar medium-to-soft minerals.

Suitable for crushing operations involving medium-to-soft ores, such as medium-to-soft iron ore, sandstone, gypsum, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, lump coal, and metallurgical flux materials, among others.

Product Features

1. High crushing ratio. Maximum feed size ranges from 100 to 220 mm, with the discharged material—particles ≤3mm—accounting for over 70–90%.

2. High productivity. Its crushing process is a through-type operation, and because the material passes through in large volumes at high speeds, productivity is naturally high. Relatively speaking, energy consumption is low.

3. Highly efficient and energy-saving. When used in conjunction with a grinding machine, this unit can increase the mill's output by approximately 40%, while reducing system power consumption by about 30%.

4. Wear parts are made from a high-hardness, high-toughness multi-alloy wear-resistant material, resulting in minimal wear and extended service life. The gap between the hammer heads and the impact plates can be finely adjusted to ensure uniform product particle size. Additionally, the hammer heads can be reversed for use, significantly boosting their utilization rate and extending their lifespan by approximately five times.

5. This machine features an optimized design of the rotor assembly and crushing chamber, creating a multi-stage continuous crushing zone that maximizes energy and space utilization, thereby enhancing the machine's performance.

6. The unique material-throwing plate structure consists of throwing ribs and throwing liner plates arranged in a crisscross pattern around the circumference. When the throwing ribs wear out, they can be repurposed as throwing liner plates, significantly improving material utilization and reducing operational costs.

7. Operates smoothly, with low noise and minimal vibration, and features excellent sealing performance. It’s easy to operate, requires a small footprint, and is convenient for both installation and maintenance.
