The fixed mine belt conveyor is designed for continuous transportation in underground coal mines—specifically in inclined or main shafts with horizontal and inclined angles of up to 29°. Its key structural feature includes a reinforced middle frame, along with slope-dependent anti-slip and coal-retention devices, as well as an advanced braking system. The upper trough idlers are configured with four rollers arranged in two staggered rows, creating a deep 60° trough angle that effectively prevents raw coal from sliding backward. This equipment plays a critical role in enhancing coal transportation and lifting operations in mining environments.
