Product Introduction
The NE-type bucket elevator is a plate-chain type lifting device featuring gravity-induced, inductive discharging. It is suitable for vertical conveying of abrasive materials in powder, granular, or small-piece forms, such as raw materials, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker, and more.
Product Features
Compared to other elevators, this machine features: the plate chain used boasts high shear strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and superior wear resistance, resulting in a low failure rate and an extended service life.
Use a lower chain speed (0.5 meters/second).
By using a large-capacity hopper and a smaller bucket pitch, the system features low driving power yet delivers high throughput, making it particularly well-suited for lifting crushed limestone and cement clinker (≥NE50).
