Product Features

1. A special crushing cavity design, based on the theory of laminated crushing, creates a high-density layer within the effective crushing zone of the cavity, ensuring fine product granularity, excellent particle shape, and high production output.

2. The automatic operating system ensures the equipment runs smoothly and efficiently at high performance. For instance, the automatic control cabinet can automatically adjust the outlet gap according to load conditions, enabling the equipment to operate at its maximum capacity.

3. Automatically discharging foreign objects: When non-crushable foreign objects enter the crushing chamber, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder exceeds the air pressure within the accumulator, causing oil to flow into the accumulator. As a result, the crushing cone descends, pushing out the foreign object. Once the obstruction is cleared, the oil from the accumulator flows back into the hydraulic cylinder, and the cone crusher automatically resumes its original discharge gap.

4. The uniform feeding device prevents uneven wear of the lining plates, while also monitoring the material level to ensure that the input materials are evenly distributed around the circumference of the crushing chamber.

How it works

When operating, the motor's rotation drives a swing-motion mechanism via belt pulleys, transmission shafts, and a conical component actuated by an eccentric sleeve. This causes the crushing wall of the cone crusher to alternately approach and move away from the stationary white-wall surface mounted on the upper frame, continuously subjecting the ore inside the crushing chamber to intense impact forces—ultimately breaking it down. The crushed material is then discharged from the bottom of the machine.
