Application Areas
Since its implementation at the Wuxi Wuyang Steel Slag Treatment Plant in 1994, it has been widely adopted in over 100 steel slag treatment facilities, including those at Liugang, Magang, Shougang, and Baosteel, and has also been exported to countries such as Pakistan and Malaysia.

Product Features

4. The single hydraulic cylinder supported by the hydraulic station can both adjust the discharge opening size and relieve pressure to expel uncrushable materials. Unlike a double-acting cylinder, it prevents desynchronization, which could otherwise lead to eccentricity in the moving jaw and potentially damage the machine body.
5. Comes with an integrated hydraulic station and PLC automatic control system.
6. Equipped with a position sensor, it can effectively display the discharge size.
How it works
Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. Inside the chamber, the material is repeatedly compressed and fractured as it moves between the moving jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate—ultimately breaking into smaller pieces. The material then descends gradually and exits from the lower part of the crushing chamber. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system serves as an overload protection device for the machine, enabling the crusher to automatically disengage under excessive load conditions via a retractable toggle plate supported by hydraulic cylinders.
The high-pressure oil supplied by the hydraulic station enters the high-pressure chamber of the cylinder through the oil inlet, while the piston is supported by the sliding shoe against the toggle plate. Under normal crushing operation, the hydraulic system maintains a predetermined working pressure, ensuring that the piston provides stable support to the toggle plate in its articulated position.
