Racks are available in two types: welded and modular. Medium- to small-sized models typically use the welded design, while larger models generally feature the modular type, ensuring flexibility to meet diverse operational requirements. The welded version incorporates large-radius transition corners and low-stress welding techniques, offering exceptional impact resistance, uniform load distribution, and a remarkably low failure rate. In contrast, the modular design leverages advanced modularity and full-unit assembly, making it ideal for environments with consistently low temperatures—such as countries in colder climates—as well as challenging locations like underground mines or high-altitude mining sites where space is limited and transportation is difficult.
● Superior cavity design for high crushing performance
Featuring a "V"-shaped symmetrical crushing chamber design, this machine boasts a deep crushing cavity, a small nip angle, and a large stroke—resulting in greater throughput, lower energy consumption, and superior crushing performance. Additionally, the large-angle toggle plate design enhances the stroke at the lower part of the chamber, boosting production output even further.
● Heavy-duty moving jaw assembly designed for lasting durability
The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly features a forged, heavy-duty eccentric shaft, high-quality heavy-duty roller bearings, and an FEM-analyzed, optimized moving jaw body—ensuring exceptional impact resistance and superior stability. Additionally, a labyrinth sealing system paired with a centralized lubrication system guarantees that the bearing grease remains free from contamination, making lubrication more convenient while extending operational life and enhancing overall stability.
● Easy and quick particle size adjustment
The JC series jaw crushers feature mechanical or hydraulic discharge opening adjustment systems. Their dual-wedge adjustment mechanism offers a simpler, safer, and faster alternative to gasket-based adjustments, significantly reducing downtime.
● Designed with "large-specification bearings"
Featuring a "large-specification bearing" design, it offers enhanced load-carrying capacity, extended service life, and improved safety and reliability in operation.
● Optional jaw plates for excellent crushing performance, with a protective plate design and highly wear-resistant moving jaw.
Jaw plates can be equipped with different tooth profiles depending on the material being crushed, optimizing the crushing performance. To enhance the wear resistance of the jaw plates, heavy-duty protective plates are installed on the upper part of the moving jaw, effectively shielding the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from damage caused by material impacts.
● Integrated bearing housing for easy transportation and installation
The integral cast steel bearing housing design ensures perfect alignment with the frame, eliminating the risk of unnecessary radial loads on the bearings during the tightening process—typically caused by modular housings. This results in smoother bearing operation and enhanced reliability.
● Integrated Motor Installation
The integrated mounting design of the motor base and crusher frame not only saves installation space for the jaw crusher and reduces the length of the V-belt, but also enables synchronized movement among the frame, motor base, and motor. Additionally, the adjustable motor base allows for precise adjustment of V-belt tension, ultimately extending the lifespan of the belt.

3. The CSS features a closed-side discharge opening, and its measurement method depends on the jaw plate tooth profile. Different tooth profiles result in variations in both processing capacity and discharge particle size.
